Clear Image Cache

This will delete the Pinax og-cache folder which contains all cached Open Graph images. If the above setting is enabled, they will simply re-download when rendered in grid mode.

Storage

Bookmark File Location

This is where you can view where your bookmarks.json file is and change its location desired. It is recommended that you move the file through this setting. Although, technically you could move it manually and then update the setting in setting.json

Create Automatic Backups

With this checked, a backup of your bookmarks.json file is made automatically when a major change is made (many files moving, large import/export, etc). Backup files are created in the same directory as your bookmarks.

Watch file for external change

With this checked, Pinax’s file watcher service will update the UI when changes to bookmarks.json are detected.

Create/Restore Backup Buttons

  • Create button - manually create a backup of your bookmarks.json file. Backups are created in the same directory as your bookmarks.
  • Restore button - choose a backup file to restore your bookmark data to. This will overwrite current bookmark data.

Import/Export

Show Import preview

Preview amount of bookmarks and folders for you to confirm before importing.

Detect duplicate bookmarks during import

With this checked, duplicates will be skipped during an import.
